shipping & delivery
Minimum opening order for new accounts is $200 pre-tax. Order must be pre-paid by cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Subsequent orders can be made by credit card, or paid by cheque.

Because items are custom made, delivery times vary. Most orders will be delivered within 2 weeks. If any unforeseen events occur that may delay your order, we will contact you. Note that shipments during the December holiday season, may take longer to process. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST, but they can be subject to local taxes and customs charges. And these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
